On the 19^th of March, at the beautiful Best Western Plus Hotel in Lagos, FXTM Nigeria hosted an Executive Financial Trading Seminar with very positive results. The exclusive seminar is part of an ongoing monthly educational series which aims to introduce prospective traders, entrepreneurs, and industry workers to the world of online trading.

Topics of discussion focused on how to potentially take advantage of price trends in the financial markets and discover investment opportunities of trading. These included;

• Trading precious commodities like Gold and Oil
• Trading currency pairs in the forex market
• Learning about FXTM Invest, a modern investment program where investors follow expert trades
• Plus so much more!

The turnout was fantastic – and keeps getting stronger and stronger – with a large crowd of eager attendees soaking in the knowledge from experts based in FXTM Nigeria. A Q&A session ended proceedings after which people left feeling excited about a new and easy way to enter the forex market. “Keep on doing the good work,” said one happy attendee, while another stated: “The Program was very informative, presenters are good also.” 

On the 24^th and 25^th of March, the 2016 Forex Investment and Innovation Summit was held at the New World Shanghai Hotel in Shanghai, China. Hosted and organized by consultancy corporation Conways Asia, the summit offered an ideal environment to discuss the state of China’s forex market and build bridges between brokers, traders, liquidity providers, banks, platform companies and other members of the industry.

FXTM was invited to be one of the key guest speakers. On the second day, FXTM’s market analyst Yue Zhong delivered a 40-minute speech about The New Age of The Renminbi (RMB). The speech addressed many important topics, including:

• Federal Reserve interest rate forecasting
• Movements of the RMB 
• Reasons why the RMB will continue its bearish pattern from a fundamental and technical analysis point of view
• How the Fed’s monetary policy will affect all currency markets, including China’s.

Our goal was not only to broaden the FXTM brand within the Chinese financial marketplace, but to also continue our mission in bringing knowledge and deep market insight of the latest events that are shaping the future of the financial markets straight to the home of Chinese investors. Based on the reception and reactions we received, this was achieved with great success! Wider investment and earning opportunities were opened for all interested participants, networking opportunities were seized, and FXTM was honored with Conways Asia’s “2015 Best FX Service Provider” award!

In line with our commitment of reaching out to traders globally and offering insightful market knowledge, as well as, providing them with new earning opportunities, FXTM partnered up with FX168, the biggest forex portal in China and held a successful and innovative seminar in Guangzhou. On March 12^th intermediate and advanced traders were given the opportunity to receive distinguished investment solutions and market insights directly from the members of the FXTM team.

The first part of the seminar focused on informing attendees of ways they can amplify their earning potential through FXTM’s new and innovative investment program – FXTM Invest. The topics covered were:

• What is FXTM Invest
• What is a Strategy Manager and an Investor
• Which account is suited to you
• Earning opportunities through FXTM invest

During the second part of the seminar, participant had the opportunity to meet FXTM’s Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Market Analyst, Jameel Ahmad, and also acquired valuable fundamental and technical insights on the financial markets from FXTM’s Market Analyst, Yue Zhong. During his presentation on the market forecasts for the coming months of 2016, Yue Zhong discussed:

• FED interest rate forecasts
• The effects the FED monetary policy will have on the markets
• Expected movements of RMB
• RMB’s expected decline
• Predictions and forecasts on Gold

The seminar ended with a Q&A session where the attendees gained one-on-one information straight from our speakers.
